Practise makes perfect; If you want to be your best self you need to practise.
We become good at the things we do everyday – that we practise everyday; If we practise patience we become good at being patient.
If we practise self love we get really good at loving ourselves and understanding ourselves better. On the flip side if we practise anger and negativity every day we become very good at feeling negative and angry. We push out those thoughts and feelings wherever we go.
We want to be the best version of ourselves and for that we need to practise, and the more we practise the better we get!
A great way to practise is by listening to self improvement podcasts. There are so many great podcasts available that can help you on your journey of self love and improvement.
We all have busy days but listening to a podcast can be fitted into your routine easily. Try listening on your journey into work – a great way to set up the day, you will start with a positive frame of mind! Or you might prefer to listen while you are in the gym – I find it a great way to pass the time on a treadmill and I am getting a double positive from the endorphins and the podcast!
Try including a self improvement podcast into your routine for a month and see what a difference it can make.

He delivers short 10 -20 minute podcasts designed for entrepreneurs that need inspiration and motivation. It publishes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
